Each service has its own terms. They match what you see at checkout and in your confirmation email.
The Dévoilée Guide
What you get. The Dévoilée Guide as a PDF, licensed to you for your own wedding. The Guide is copyrighted and the license covers your household only, so please don’t share, forward, resell, or post it.
When you get it. We email your Guide within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner, from hello@devoilee.com. If it hasn’t arrived by then, check your spam folder, then email us.
Refunds. The Guide is a digital product, so the sale is final once it is delivered. If your file won’t open or never arrives, email us and we’ll send a working copy.
Essential Confidence
What you get. The Dévoilée Guide, a 30-minute welcome call, three 60-minute video sessions with us, a written plan for your wedding built in the first session (your priorities, the decisions ahead in order, and when each needs to land), notes after every session, and email support until 30 days after your final session.
Your welcome call. Before your first session we have a 30-minute welcome call, included and separate from your sessions. We send a short questionnaire first so the call is a conversation, not a form, and we book your first session together on the call. Please take your welcome call within 30 days of purchase.
When you get it. Your Guide arrives by email within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner. Within two business days we email you the questionnaire and a link to book your welcome call. Your written plan arrives within five business days of your first session, and notes within two business days of each one. Use your three sessions within six months of payment.
Rescheduling. Sessions can be moved with 24 hours’ notice. With less notice we’ll do our best to find another time, but can’t promise one. A session missed without notice counts as used.
Refunds. Ask within 14 days of payment and before your first session, and we refund you in full. If after the welcome call either of us feels this isn’t the right fit, the same applies. Once sessions begin, the purchase is final; unused sessions stay yours to book within the six months.

What you get. The Dévoilée Guide, a 30-minute welcome call, six 60-minute video sessions timed to your planning milestones, a written plan for your wedding after the first session, notes after every session, and priority email support through your wedding day, answered within one business day.
Your welcome call. Everything starts with a free 30-minute welcome call, before you pay anything. We send a short questionnaire first so the call is a conversation, not a form. On the call we get to know your wedding and you decide whether we are the right fit. If we are, we send you a payment link and book your first session. We also set your milestone dates on the call, so each session lands when it will help most.
When you get it. Your Guide arrives by email within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner. Your first session is already on the calendar from the welcome call. Your written plan arrives within five business days of that session, and notes within two business days of each one. Sessions and email support run through your wedding day, and if your date moves, so do we. If you haven’t used your sessions within 18 months of payment, we’ll reach out and set a plan together.

The Dévoilée Guide, a 30-minute welcome call, twelve 60-minute video sessions, our seat at your planner interviews, a review of proposals and contracts before you sign (a planning review, not legal advice), a written plan for your wedding after the first session, notes after every session, and a direct text line plus email through your wedding day.

On the call we get to know your wedding and you decide whether we are the right fit. If we are, we send you a payment link and book your first session.

Your text line arrives in the same email, and your first session is already on the calendar from the welcome call. We reply within a business day, and the same day in your final six weeks. Send contracts three business days before you need to sign. Everything runs through your wedding day, and if your date moves, so do we. If you haven’t used your sessions within 18 months of payment, we’ll reach out and set a plan together.
